In honor of the Instagram drama today, I decided to do an Instagram post since I haven’t done one in a while. I posted a couple links on Twitter about all the drama. One of them is from The Verge and it clears everything up, basically explaining that it wasn’t as bad as we all thought, but that Instagram was still stupid in how they handled¬†everything. Oh, and that Facebook sucks (the new owner of Instagram of course). Side note: I want to delete my Facebook account, but I need it for my day job. I manage social media for an ecommerce site and all pages are accessed/managed through a personal Facebook account. Also, I prefer stalking my friends on-line rather than actually seeing them. Kidding.

The second link I tweeted earlier was from¬†Instagram apologizing, clarifying and placing their tail between their legs. I think I’m feeling better about things. We all did our job on social media and scared Instagram into editing their TOS. I hope it’s all ok, but we’ll have to wait and see. Just remember, if things don’t roll out the way we want, January 16th is the deadline to cancel your account or agree to the new TOS.

Can you believe I killed an air plant? Such a cute little guy too. It’s still hanging in our kitchen because I’m trying to bring it back to life. Wish me luck.

I’ve decided to take on a project and snap a shot of all different kinds of fonts. It’s a little practice and a little fun. I read somewhere that it was a lesson in a graphic design course. This is exactly the type of class I missed out on with my Graphic Design certificate. A degree program would have no doubt taught me about type, tension, white space, etc.

This is what I saw when I walked out of our apartment at 7:30am on Saturday to get our favorite eat-in-bed breakfast (bagel sandwiches). It was one of those perfect cool and crisp mornings after a good rain. I love Los Angeles in the Winter. The summer is too hot and sunny for me, but the Winter is PERFECT.

Is there anything cuter (besides your pet)?! I’m jealous of Jolie’s beautiful green eyes.

You know what my degree program didn’t teach me? How to find good printers online! I always used local printers during school so I had noooo clue where to go other than moo.com. lol. Since then I’ve found tons though.
